127 Bees and Panic Ceramics presents a limited edition run of raw honey.
Unlike store-bought honey that is made from nectar of mono-cropped fields of flowers, such as canola, the rich layered flavours of this honey is made from the nectar of coneflowers, lavender, thistle, stonecrop, and dozens of other pollinator-friendly flowers onsite at Panic Ceramics.
Prinyers Cove raw honey is hand-harvested by Chris Armstrong, owner of 127 Bees and LOHA Farms -- a small family-run hobby farm located in Prince Edward County, focusing on animals, horticulture and maple syrup production.
